What are the four campus defenses?

"Campus safety" should be regarded as a central task of the public security. Specifically, we need to achieve human defense, physical defense, technical defense, and joint defense.

The first is human defense. Together with the comprehensive management department and the education department, all campuses and kindergartens must have security guards and require necessary education and training for security guards. Each school strengthens contact with the police station, community police, patrol team, and special police team to establish a rapid response mechanism. Increasing the deployment of police forces during key periods such as commuting to and from school and night breaks also requires the school to regard public security issues as a major issue on campus, mobilize and organize young and strong faculty and staff, and establish an on-campus security team.

The second is physical defense. If there are no fences, they should be built as soon as possible. If the guard system is not perfect, it should be improved as soon as possible.

The third is technical defense. When installing video devices in key locations on campus, you must be familiar with the 110 alarm call, and you must be equipped with safety equipment, such as security sticks, pepper spray, pepper guns, steel forks, etc., and you must be proficient in using these equipment.

The fourth is joint defense. To achieve joint prevention among society, schools and families, the education department, public security department and local neighborhood committees and towns formed a joint prevention system.
