(6) The joints between heat insulation boards shall be sealed with glass glue or other adhesive materials which are nontoxic, tasteless, free from volatilization of harmful substances, meet the requirements of food hygiene and have good sealing performance. (7) The connection structure between insulation boards shall ensure the pressure between joints and the firm connection at joints. 2.4 The installation of insulation board requires that the joint between the library board and the library board must be well sealed, the flat-fell seam between the two library boards should be less than 1.5mm, and the structure should be solid and reliable. The sealing material at the joint shall not be offset or displaced to ensure tight and uniform sealing at the joint. (4) When sealing the joint of insulation board with sealing strip, the joint size shall not be greater than 3 mm..(5) The insulation board of the warehouse must be integral along its height direction, and there is no horizontal middle joint. (6) The thickness of the ground insulation layer of the cold storage should be ≥100 mm ... (7) Measures must be taken to reduce the "cold bridge" effect of the lifting point structure on the warehouse ceiling, and the holes of the lifting point should be sealed. (8) The thermal conductivity of the lifting point material connected with the library board should be small, and the inner surface of the library should also be covered with a cover cap made of the same material. 3. Requirements of assembled cold storage for doors 1) Assembled cold storage is equipped with hinged doors, automatic single-side sliding doors and single-side sliding doors. 2) The thickness, surface layer and thermal insulation performance requirements of the refrigerated door are the same as those of the library board, and there should be no cold bridge in the structure of the door frame and door. 3) Electric heating or medium heating devices shall be embedded in the door frames of all low-temperature refrigerated doors to prevent the sealing strips of the doors from freezing. When electric heating is used, electric heating protection devices and safety measures shall be provided. 4) The doors of small-scale cold storage and freezer are manual horizontal doors, and the surface requirements of doors are the same as those of insulation boards. There should be no "cold bridge" in the door handle and door structure, and the opening of the door is greater than 90 degrees. 5) The door of the refrigerator is equipped with a lock, which has the function of safe unlocking. 6) The switches of all warehouse doors must be flexible and light, and the sealing contact surface between the door frame and the door itself must be smooth and level, and there must be no warping, burr or scraping caused by the skew and exposure of the screw end to ensure that the sealing strip can stick to the periphery of the door frame. 4.
