Based on the individual work of the resident volunteer teachers, we have an accurate understanding of the curriculum reform dynamics of the assisted schools and found ways to pair up The entry point for assistance. This semester, we carried out two exchanges and visits.
First, in November, Director Zan Xinzhong of xx Primary School and Principal Chen Mingyue of xx Qianzhuang Primary School came to our school for a two-week on-the-job research activity. During these two weeks, they walked into our classrooms, evaluated and interacted with each other, participated in our collective lesson preparation seminars, and also participated in our specially organized young teachers’ curriculum reform salon seminars. This series of activities deepened their understanding of our school's teaching management, curriculum implementation, teacher quality, teaching and scientific research work, and education and teaching quality. In particular, they understood and became familiar with our "activity sheet guide" model. The two leaders spoke highly of our classroom teaching and said that we must bring back the characteristics of our curriculum reform.
Second, at the end of December, under the liaison and coordination of the supporting teachers, some key teachers of our school visited xx Primary School for study. In this activity, we observed the classroom teaching of xx primary school teachers under the "three cases and six links" model, and also showed them our classroom teaching under the "activity sheet guide" model. The collision of the two teaching models inspired teachers' thinking. Teachers from the two schools launched a salon discussion. The atmosphere was harmonious and warm. The discussion deepened the teachers' understanding of the two teaching models and improved their ability to implement the new model. . The leaders of the two schools also used this opportunity to exchange each other's practices in school management, teaching and research management, and teaching reform. At the same time, they summarized the teaching support work this semester and formulated a support teaching work plan for the next semester.
The implementation of inter-school exchange visits has enhanced our understanding of each other’s school-running characteristics and management methods, and has truly enabled equal exchanges and progress in cooperation.
5. Future work ideas
In a short semester, our two schools have forged a deep friendship. In order to further promote the development of supporting teaching work, we can form experience in creating characteristic education. , we agreed that in the future we will take advantage of the convenience brought to us by the Internet age to establish an online communication system for lesson preparation groups, requiring one-on-one cooperation groups to be formed by grade and subject, with clear team leaders, regular communication, continuous updating of teaching concepts, and exchange of excellent teaching designs. Achieve maximum sharing of teaching resources. Inform the school of the situation, visit each other to exchange experiences, hold discussions together, solve problems, and share research results with each other. We strive to stimulate teachers' awareness of participation and improve their ability to start from the "small" side, actively carry out small topic research, and write small essays and small cases.
Support education has a heavy responsibility. As a support education school, we shoulder the important task of achieving balanced development of education. In the journey of supporting education, we have taken a solid first step, but there is still a long way to go.
