I have worked in the Provincial Bureau of Statistics for more than 20 years, engaged in professional statistics and management of labor and wage statistics, demographic statistics, cultural industry statistics, environmental statistics, social statistics, science and technology statistics, closely linked with work practice, and participated in editing relevant professional statistics or training materials. Mainly include: Shanxi Labor in the 20 Years of Reform and Opening-up, Statistical Data of Labor Wages in Shanxi during the Eighth Five-Year Plan, Manual of Labor Statistics, Documentary Album of the Fifth Population Census in Shanxi Province, Statistical Survey of Cultural Industry in Shanxi Province, etc. In the fifth national census in 2000, the organization participated in the propaganda work of the provincial census. Participated in planning a series of publicity activities such as the cultural evening of the census, the fifth census painting and calligraphy exhibition, and the census knowledge contest, which were broadcast live on Shanxi TV.

In recent years, I have participated in a series of major research projects. The current situation and development trend of labor resources, employment and unemployed population in Shanxi Province was published in the Journal of the Party School of Shanxi Provincial Party Committee. "Investigator Management in British Labor Force Survey" was published in Shanxi Statistical Series. Statistical analysis reports such as Shanxi Cultural Industry Inventory, Shanxi Labor Resources and Utilization Analysis, and Shanxi Labor Employment Situation and Development Prospects in the Ninth Five-Year Plan have successively won awards in the "Excellent" evaluation of statistical analysis by the Provincial Bureau of Statistics or the evaluation of the Population, Employment and Social Science and Technology Department of the National Bureau of Statistics.
