1. Age requirements:

Players are of any age, and minors under the age of 18 must sign a declaration of participation, while minors under the age of 13 must sign up with their parents or guardians to run with them.

2. Physical requirements:

Happy running is a sport with heavy load and high risk, which requires high physical conditions of the contestants. The contestants should be healthy, regularly participate in running exercises or training, and have the foundation of long-term running exercises. Those who have the following physical conditions are forbidden to sign up for the competition, otherwise they will bear all the consequences and legal responsibilities:

1) those with congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2) patients with hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

3) myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4) coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5) diabetics with high or low blood sugar;

6) people who have caught a cold within two weeks before the competition;

7) pregnant women;

8) Other patients with diseases unsuitable for exercise.

the organizing Committee suggests that all participants should have a physical examination (including electrocardiogram examination) in medical institutions at or above the county level in the past year, and make a self-assessment based on the examination report to confirm that their physical condition can adapt to the long-distance running before they can sign up for the competition. 3. Players who refuse to register:

Due to the epidemic situation in COVID-19, players from overseas (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and high-risk areas in China are not allowed to register for the competition (except foreign players and players from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have been in mainland China for a long time);

1. Players should truthfully fill in their physical health status when registering, and the physical health conditions of the contestants should meet the health and epidemic prevention requirements of national, provincial and municipal COVID-19. 2. If the risk level of COVID-19 epidemic in the area where the contestants are located rises from low risk to medium and high risk between the successful registration and the competition day, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their qualification and refund the registration fee.

3. Please avoid going to areas with medium and high epidemic risk 14 days before the start of the competition, and the organizing committee will check, and the contestants who have been to medium and high risk areas will be dismissed, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

4. On the day of the competition, the contestants must cooperate with the organizing committee for epidemic prevention inspection. The organizing committee has the right to terminate the competition for those who are in abnormal health or do not cooperate with the inspection, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

5. During running, the runners don't need to wear masks. In other competition areas (including the starting and finishing points), all personnel must wear masks scientifically and obey the arrangement of the competition staff.

6. After the competition, the players must obey the instructions of the competition staff, do not gather together and leave the competition area as soon as possible.

7. the organizing Committee will dynamically adjust the arrangement of the games (including the time, scale and registration requirements, etc.) according to the epidemic prevention and control situation.
