In order to carry out extensive and in-depth activities of national unity and progress, and constantly consolidate and develop equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmonious ethnic relations, according to the work requirements of the Municipal Party Committee, we hereby formulate the following implementation plan for our Committee to carry out activities to create national unity and progress.

I. Guiding ideology

Combining the activities of "striving for Excellence" and "loving the great motherland and building a beautiful homeland", the activities of creating national unity are divided into three stages, focusing on celebrating the XX anniversary of the founding of the Party, maintaining social stability and solving practical problems.
