The first week

The teacher assigned to me by the unit this week understood my mood at the moment and immediately led me to familiarize myself with the cashier's work process. I didn't learn a lot of information. The most important thing was to adapt to the rhythm of the unit as soon as possible and become familiar with each department. work so that they can collaborate well at work.

Second Week

After the environmental adaptation stage in the first week, I can basically keep up with the rhythm of the unit. But I still have some vague feelings about the work of the cashier position. Before, I thought that the cashier just went to the bank and counted the cash, and thought it was just some simple and trivial work. After exploring and working during the internship, I changed my original view. Even trivial work is not simple.

My main learning task this week is "running the bank". The unit's collection and payment business is mainly completed through banks, so my workload increased suddenly this week, and almost half of my time was spent traveling between banks. Register, line up, fill out remittance forms and withdrawal forms. After returning to the unit, you have to type out the bank statement, then fill in the receipt and stamp it with the bank's receipt stamp. Finally, I applied the knowledge I learned in school, which was to keep a journal. Record every payment carefully and conscientiously in the account book.

Third Week

This week coincides with the end of the month. Under the leadership of the teacher, I conducted a comprehensive inventory of cash on hand, bank statements and journals, and made cash, Submit monthly bank deposit statements to the accounting office. And the remaining cash after deducting the necessary sporadic expenses of the company is deposited in the bank. Of course, this task is left to me as always. Week 4

Including this week, I have been interning in the unit for almost a month. Because I have to write my graduation project, I keep an eye on every move in the Finance Department. Once you've done this, take out a blank invoice, align it, and place it against the edge of the printer. I originally thought everything was perfect, but after typing it, I discovered that the typed fonts were not in this column and had been moved up one line. The teacher had no choice but to void this invoice and took out a new one. He told me very seriously that this was the third chapter of the invoice that was voided this month. Only then did I realize that only three invoices can be voided in a month. . I am still as nervous about self-invoicing now as I was the first time. In order to avoid repeating the same mistake, I first printed the invoice on a piece of waste paper and attached the next page of the invoice to it. After confirming that there was no problem, I officially printed it. Now that I think about it, caution is necessary at any time.

Week 7

This week has been quite enjoyable, because the salary is due immediately. Although it was only a few hundred yuan, it was still very exciting for me. Since XX Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production of clothing, staff wages are calculated in two parts. The first part is the wages of workshop workers, and the second part is the wages of managers. For some unknown reason, probably the accountants were too busy, so the task of calculating employee wages also fell on me. The leader was still not at ease with me. After the calculation was completed, he asked me to hand it over to the teachers in the accounting department for verification. The results proved that the leader was very foresighted. I had calculated the wages of several people incorrectly. Lesson learned... Eighth Week

Work is going on as always. In addition to completing my own work every day, what touches me the most is answering the company’s phone calls. When I first answered the phone, I didn’t know anyone in the unit, and I wasn’t familiar with the company’s business dealings. The first question I asked when I picked up the phone was: Hello, who are you talking to? The second sentence was to the Finance Department. The staff said: That is xx, someone is looking for her. Week 9

It is inevitable to be criticized at work. Unfortunately, I hit the gun when the leader was extremely depressed and had nowhere to vent. The cause of this incident was a fax. Under normal circumstances, the purchase fax should have been sent to the sales department, but for some reason, this information was sent to the finance department. After receiving the fax, the leader of the finance department asked me to run errands and send it to the sales department, but at that time I had an urgent matter to deal with, so I forgot about it until the sales department received the buyer's message. I rushed over in such a hurry that I remembered that there was such a thing. Due to my negligence, the goods were shipped one day late. I didn't understand how serious the matter was, but looking at the leader's face, I understood that I looked better. To explain is to find a reason, but to explain to the leader is to seek death, so I choose to remain silent. Because of this incident, I deeply realized my shortcomings and actively changed my ways. If I encounter an emergency in the future, I will find a note to record it in advance. Many times notes are more effective than brain.

The tenth week

It is the first time that one person conducts the end-of-month inventory, and the first time that one person writes monthly cash and bank deposit statements. Many firsts in life will be unforgettable. Although I did an inventory with the teacher at the end of the month, I still had no clue when I did it myself. I quickly called the teacher and asked about the process in detail, and then started to do it.

Under normal circumstances, on the last day of the month, you only need to reconcile the cash under your control with the journal. At the beginning of the month, you can then reconcile the total amount of repayments and the general ledger of cash bank deposits with the accountant who specializes in accounting transactions. It’s easier to do an inventory of accounts and cash, as long as the amounts match up. Of course, I will treat those embarrassing “IOUs” as one of the cash. There is no way, I can’t make up for these arrears. Bar. My own accounts are reconciled, but my account with the general ledger is incompatible. Reluctantly, my accountant and I dug out this month's receipts, found out all the cash receipts and payments, and checked them one by one, only to find that a receipt was missing. The old accountant and I hurriedly searched all over the world, looking for every nook and cranny under my desk, but we still couldn't find it. In the end, that document mysteriously appeared in the old accountant's voucher last month. Regarding this result, I can only remain silent.

Week 11

The work is going on as usual. Fortunately, the mistakes made last week did not leave a deep impression on the leader. When he met, he smiled amiably as usual. . In the finance department, there are still times when I can take a break from the busy schedule. Damn, this has always been an obstacle for me. So I have been at the company for such a long time, and my social circle is limited to the finance department. I didn’t understand what endorsement transfers were. Week 15

Internship is really an experience and a kind of training. Only by personal experience can you know what it feels like. The knowledge learned in textbooks is the most basic knowledge. At this moment, I finally realized the true meaning of this sentence: points will be deducted for being late at school, but there will be real deductions for being late at work!

Week 16

Time flies so fast, and in the blink of an eye, week 16 is over. I deeply understand that "if you don't accumulate small steps, you will never reach a thousand miles", and "you will never be rejected by a river or a sea." A small stream can become a big one" and the profound truth of "If you don't sweep a house, how can you sweep the world?"

In the morning, I can basically guarantee that I will arrive at the company early. Before starting work, I will help clean up the teacher’s desk and then clean up the office, so that the teacher can work more comfortably, be in a happier mood, and teach me more things. .

At noon, I would help my colleagues order meals together and order different meals according to their own tastes. My colleagues were also very satisfied with the meals I ordered. This week was basically spent in busyness and triviality, but although it was some trivial things, it was very different from dealing with books in school. Week 18

At this moment, I am basically familiar with the company’s environment, and I can basically call my colleagues by their names. My work this week has not changed much from the previous two weeks. Although the work information has not changed much, my work efficiency has improved a lot than before. The teacher who taught me also taught me some new things, such as which forms to fill in when going to the bank, the specifications for filling in, etc., every day this week I have lived a very fulfilling life, because I have come into contact with people and things that I have never been exposed to in school. This week I will still do the cash account and bank journal. Although it seems simple, it still encounters a lot of trouble in actual operation. For example, you should pay attention to the registration direction of debit and credit, the number of "0"s, the number of decimal points, etc. At the beginning, because I was not skilled, I often filled in the wrong decimal places, so the debit and credit sides were always uneven, so I had to use the red letter correction method. But sometimes the red letter correction method made too many corrections, and I could no longer continue doing accounting, so I had to use the red letter correction method. Make a redo. But compared to before, it has improved a lot, and I am still very happy.

Week 20

The closer to the end of the internship period, the more time will fly by, but I have to say goodbye there. After this internship, I combined the accounting theoretical knowledge learned in the school with practical ideas, gained a detailed understanding of the entire accounting process, became familiar with the accounting work objects, and used real accounting vouchers to conduct economic business for a certain period. I have learned accounting, understood and mastered the basic principles of accounting book registration, and realized my own strengths and weaknesses, and understand what kind of life I want.
