Article 10 Organizational forms of various departments

I. Board of Directors: The board of directors is the executive body of the Alumni Association. It is composed of the president's group and the directors of various departments to lead the daily work of the association. Each post is replaced once a year;

2. Organize various activities;

4. Amend the articles of association of Guangjin Jieyang Alumni Association.

Second, the chairman's group and various departments

Chairman's group: representing the external image, grasping the development direction of the Alumni Association, and coordinating all the activities of the Alumni Association, foreign exchanges, charter activities, etc. , and convene a board meeting.

Secretariat: responsible for the account management of daily income and expenditure, including keeping expense receipts, electronic documents and paper accounts, keeping alumni association funds and taking charge of cashiers. Responsible for managing alumni association documents, including accounts of each semester, plans of various activities, electronic purchase orders, alumni association lists and photos of activities.

Organization Department: Plan the activities organized by the Alumni Association, arrange the personnel for each activity, coordinate the work of various departments, and be responsible for the control of the activity site and the handling of special circumstances.

Logistics Department: responsible for purchasing materials for each activity, issuing purchase receipts and making lists. Responsible for keeping the materials of the alumni association, including work clothes, flags, ball games pennants, etc.

Propaganda Department: responsible for the publicity notice of the activities of the Alumni Association, designing slogans of various activities, and managing Weibo, WeChat and Fetion of the Alumni Association. Responsible for the registration and statistics of chartered cars.

Basketball Team: Represent the Alumni Association in the annual Chaoshan Cup Basketball Tournament; Friendly matches with other school basketball teams and competitions with other school alumni associations.
