Chapter 10 guards

Article 158 In order to ensure the safety of commanders, organs, troops, equipment, materials and important military facilities, and prevent attacks and damage, army commanders must closely organize security work and educate security personnel to be vigilant and earnestly perform their duties.

Article 159 When organizing security services, an army commander must:

(a) according to the instructions of superiors and the situation of the station, as well as the nature and quantity of security objectives, carefully deploy security tasks. Usually, security tasks are assigned to the nearest detachment; If the stations are relatively concentrated, a guard can also be organized.

(2) Organize the head of the detachment responsible for the security task to investigate the terrain on the spot, clarify the position of the post, the security task and the contact signal, and put forward the requirements.

(three) regularly check the implementation of security tasks, find problems and deal with them in time.

Article 160 A detachment undertaking security tasks shall seriously carry out security service training and strictly perform security service. The head of the detachment shall organize security services according to the specified security tasks and requirements, and clarify the following matters to all detachment personnel:

(a) the nature, characteristics and safety requirements of the safety objectives.

(two) the location of the post and the surrounding terrain and environment.

(3) the foreman and the guard's dispatch list.

(four) health responsibilities and contact signals.

(5) Principles for handling accidents and reporting methods.

Article 161 The guard force is usually organized in regiments (battalions). The dispatch, shift change and specific implementation measures of the guard force shall be stipulated by the regiment (battalion) leader.

162nd guards are inviolable, and all personnel must carry out the requirements put forward by the guards in accordance with the regulations on guard service.

Article 163 The duty time of a guard shall not exceed two hours at a time. In case of severe cold or heat, the time should be shortened appropriately.

Article 164 The foreman shall be the squad leader and the deputy squad leader, who shall be under the leadership of the detachment leader (the foreman of the guard team shall be under the leadership of the guard captain). Its responsibilities:

(a) familiar with the post position, security tasks, memorizing passwords and signals.

(two) urge the prison guards to prepare for duty, check the prison guards dress and gfd.

(3) lead the guards to shift on time, and supervise the guards to shift and load bullets according to the essentials.

(four) check the guards on duty.

In case of accident, immediately handle and report.

Article 165 The guards are under the leadership of the foreman. General rules for guards:

(a) to wear and carry weapons and ammunition in accordance with the regulations.

(2) Be familiar with the terrain and features of tasks and safe areas, and remember and use passwords and signals correctly.

(three) always be vigilant and closely monitor the situation in the safe area. Stick to your post under any circumstances, and weapons are not allowed to leave your hands.

(4) It is forbidden to sit, lean, doze off, smoke, read books, read newspapers, sing, chat, pick up things and load bullets for no reason.

(five) when someone interferes with duty, it should be discouraged and reported in time.

(six) when the safety of the safety target is threatened, effective measures must be taken to deal with and report it quickly. When it is judged that the security target is attacked and will have serious consequences, it is not enough not to use weapons to stop it. When the life safety of guards is threatened, they should defend themselves properly.

(seven) to explain the situation of duty, instructions from superiors and the equipment of this position to the successor, and to check the guns and recover the bullets under the supervision of the foreman.

Article 166 Special rules for guards

(a) the camp gate guards shall check the certificates, military capacity and discipline of the personnel entering and leaving the camp gate, and check the articles they carry when necessary; Guide guests and team relatives to register in the reception room, maintain the order of the camp gate, and adjust and direct motor vehicles to enter and leave the camp gate; Report important situations and problems to the foreman in time.

(2) Special provisions for security guards such as airports (garages), parking lots, gun ranges, launch sites, warehouses, etc. shall be formulated by the head of the army according to specific conditions.

(three) the special rules for guarding ships (boats) shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations on Naval Ships; The provisions of the Regulations on Military Boats shall be implemented.

Article 167 The captain of a security guard is usually a platoon leader (the squad leader may be a small number of security guards) and is led by the regiment attendant (the guards organized by the battalion commander). Its responsibilities:

(a) to understand the nature and characteristics of the security target, familiar with the position and contact signal.

(two) regularly check the situation of prison guards on duty.

(3) Take timely measures to deal with the reports or signals of security personnel.

(four) when hearing the alarm or receiving the order, immediately act according to the instructions of the group shift supervisor (battalion commander).
