Brief introduction of Liangshan pomelo

Liangshan Pomelo, also known as "Liangping Pomelo", originated in liangping county, Chongqing (Old Liangshan County, Sichuan Province). Liangshan pomelo, Shatian pomelo in Guangxi and Wendan pomelo in Fujian are called the three famous pomelo in China. Liangshan pomelo is called "canned natural fruit" because of its huge fruit, rich aroma, sweet juice and rich nutrition. Liangping pomelo has beautiful fruit shape, golden color, thin and smooth skin, rich aroma and easy peeling. Tested by Southwest University, the edible part accounts for 72.2%, and the fruit juice accounts for 40.7%.
