Recommend a European dictionary for mobile phones.

Advantages: Small size, simple interface, convenient operation, adding the queried words to the new vocabulary book (and recording the time), and it is also an English learning software, practicing listening and memorizing words every day (there are also professional English, such as foreign trade and medicine, but you can only learn it after downloading).

Disadvantages: Sentence translation needs networking.
