Exercise in the gym

Usually I do some exercise on weekends, because I think keeping healthy will help me study better. Last weekend, it was raining outside, so I decided to go to the gym to exercise. When I walked into the gym, some people were exercising there. A man is doing weightlifting training, trying to lift heavier weights. There are two girls running on the treadmill, neither too fast nor too slow. Some interesting gym stories

Generally speaking, I find it interesting that when there are women around, men try to lift more weight than usual. Interestingly, the harder you push, the more constipation you look. In fact, my wife thinks it looks like I'm taking a shit when I lift something-for some strange reason, she doesn't find it attractive.

I often go to the gym in the morning ... like 445 AM! So there were very few people in the gym at that time. I usually run on the treadmill in those days. I really stopped running in the morning because I was so scared/sick.

One day, I was walking to my apartment when a guy stopped me and asked me if I was wearing green shorts in the gym that morning. He said, "I'm on the treadmill next to you, and you keep running." 4. I once saw a man try a 405 flat bench at Fitness First near Layhill Road, but he didn't find it. Of course, he is a big guy, but no one will play a game of this weight without spots. A friend of mine is a marathon runner (this should be my first clue) and somehow persuaded me to go to the spinning class with her. When I heard all kinds of things about spinning being so popular, I thought why not.

6. A new and interesting gym story. I bought this new pair of shoes for spinning. They clip on the pedals and won't make my feet swell like ordinary shoes. So I was about to stop and get off when my shoes got stuck. I tried to get one off, but the other one got stuck. So everyone in the class is laughing at me, and I feel terrible. I was able to take it out at last, but I had to use so much force that I lost my balance, lost my foothold, flew off my bike and hit the bike next to me. Needless to say, I will temporarily put down my spinning shoes until I figure out how to use them.
