Instructions for collecting tickets

Ticket Checking Instructions

2. Audiences with reservations and those who receive tickets on site should check in through the south ticket gate to enter the museum.

3. Special events can be entered through the retractable gate on the east side of the North Square with the sign in the hall and the team ticket with the team ticket.

Group visits

1. Group reservations are specially designed for groups of 30 or more people. If the number of people is less than 30 people, they will be booked as individual visitors on our website. After confirmation, our library will notify the group leader by phone. 3. Our museum has the right to make decisions regarding the various applications in the "Group Reservation Application Form". The approval of the application project depends on the actual situation on the visit day and is subject to the final phone call confirmation.

4. Groups should arrive at the China Film Museum on time to avoid affecting the day’s visit arrangements. If the group is late for more than 30 minutes, the reserved service may be cancelled.

5. The buses for visiting groups park directly at the north parking lot outside the museum to drop off passengers. Parking spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and there will be no reserved parking spaces.

6. Due to the limited storage space in the bag depository, visitors should avoid bringing large items such as school bags and valuables to the museum.

7. The team leader must maintain the order of the team and, as the first person in charge of team safety, please arrange a sufficient number of accompanying team leaders. The ratio of team leaders to the number of visitors is 1:30, and the ratio of student groups is 1:20 (Primary school students in third grade and below will not be admitted).
