The epidemic prevention policy of Jiulongpo is as follows:

1. For those who have lived in the high-risk area for 7 days, implement "7-day home isolation" (counting from the day they leave the high-risk area), and implement code management during this period, and they are not allowed to go out. Perform 1, 3, 5 and 7 days (based on the sampling time, the same below) for 1 nucleic acid detection;

2. Carry out "3-day 2-inspection" for those who come to Chongqing and those who return to local epidemic areas in Chongqing within 7 days (provinces and autonomous regions take prefecture-level units and municipalities directly under the Central Government take districts as units);

3. If there are special requirements for medical institutions, nursing homes, children's welfare homes and other special places and related closed public places, check the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection according to regulations; Check Chongqing Kang code in other public places, implement personal protective measures such as wearing masks, and no longer check negative proof of nucleic acid test. Home isolation personnel and those who have returned home after recovery consciously cooperate to implement relevant work requirements and strictly abide by prevention and control regulations.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
