How to deal with disputes and wreaths between the two families?

It is illegal in some cases, for example, when the meaning of the wreath is insulting. If this causes problems, such as physical or mental problems of the other party, or has a significant negative impact on his reputation, it may lead to detention.

If someone sends you a wreath, you can call the police and file a case. Sending flowers to the living is an insult to others' personality. The crime of insult in China's criminal law refers to the use of violence or other means to openly degrade the personality of others and destroy their reputation, which is a serious act. The object of this crime is the personal dignity and reputation of others. The rights of personal dignity and reputation are the basic personal rights of citizens. The object of this crime can only be a natural person, not a unit. Insulting legal persons and other groups and organizations does not constitute an insult. No matter what disputes there are, they can be completely solved through legal channels.
