According to the Sichuan Provincial Emergency Headquarters’ Response to the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic, Mianyang City All counties are low-risk areas. In order to further implement the national and provincial unified arrangements for differentiated prevention and control and orderly resumption of work and production, and coordinate the promotion of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Residential communities no longer implement closed management, and continue to conscientiously check and register outsiders and clean and disinfect public areas.

2. Fully resume normal operations at hotels, guesthouses, supermarkets, convenience stores, barber shops, shopping malls, wholesale markets, farmers' markets and other business locations, and suspend gatherings of exhibitions and promotions.

3. Fully resume normal operations of catering service units, and restrict large-scale collective dinners and large-scale banquets.

4. Orderly opening of libraries, art galleries, cultural centers, museums, gymnasiums and other public places, cinemas, dance halls, KTVs, Internet cafes, bars, teahouses, swimming pools, gyms, beauty and health care Rooms and other leisure and entertainment venues. Open places must reasonably arrange business hours, limit the flow of people, and strictly implement prevention and control measures such as ventilation, cleaning and disinfection, and personnel temperature testing.

5. Each business owner shall report to the local community in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control regulations for customers who find abnormalities in the health examination. They have the right to refuse entry to customers who do not cooperate or listen to dissuasion. If the circumstances are serious, they shall report to the public security organs in a timely manner.
