Schools at all levels shoulder the heavy responsibility of cultivating and bringing up successors and builders of the socialist cause. The vast number of young students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Whether they have firm faith in honesty or not will directly affect how they treat rights and money correctly and the social integrity of our country in a few years. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the education of clean and honest culture on campus, and it is also a new topic faced by discipline inspection organs and educators at all levels.

Based on the practice and exploration of building a clean and honest culture on campus in our university, this paper discusses how to promote the building of a clean and honest culture on campus.

First, establish a correct concept of campus culture of clean government

The culture of clean government is the sum of people's knowledge, beliefs, norms, lifestyles and social evaluations about clean government. As a potential force, it provides intellectual support, ideological guarantee and public opinion atmosphere for anti-corruption. Promoting the construction of clean and honest culture on campus in an all-round way is of great significance for strengthening campus construction, cultivating students' ideological quality of respecting the elderly and loving the young, promoting the clean and honest culture of the whole society and promoting the harmonious development of society. Former Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew once said: The development and change of China in 2 1 century depends on three conditions. First, whether the next generation of China has faith; Second, whether the next generation of China has a sense of responsibility; Thirdly, whether the next generation of China can be honest. The development of reality enlightens us that it has become our top priority to strengthen the construction of a clean and honest culture on campus. On June 3, 2005, 65438, the Central Committee promulgated the "Implementation Outline for Establishing and Perfecting a System of Punishing and Preventing Corruption with Equal Emphasis on Education, System and Supervision", which clearly stated that we should vigorously strengthen the construction of a clean and honest culture and actively promote the clean and honest culture to enter communities, families, schools, enterprises and rural areas. On July 1 day, 2005, the Ministry of Education issued "Opinions on Carrying out the Pilot Work of Honesty Education in Universities, Primary Schools and Middle Schools", emphasizing that honesty education should be actively promoted into classrooms, campuses and students' minds in combination with the overall planning of ideological and moral education in universities, primary schools and middle schools, based on the present, with a long-term view and guided by the situation, and the pertinence, effectiveness, attraction and appeal of honesty education should be gradually enhanced, so as to cultivate young students' correct values and appeal. This points out the direction for us to establish a correct concept of campus clean government culture. As a social education institution, we must establish the cultural construction goal of advocating scientific culture, carrying forward traditional virtues, pursuing advanced truth and stimulating innovative spirit, establish the ideological concept of "being proud of honesty and ashamed of greed", comprehensively use ideological education, discipline education, legal education and other means, and actively advocate clean culture, dedication culture, law-abiding culture and etiquette culture. Create a clean, civilized and harmonious public opinion atmosphere.

Second, establish a good campus atmosphere.

Good school spirit can inspire and condense the internal motivation of school members and inspire people to forge ahead. We should persist in taking the education of clean government as a long-term and basic work in school work, and closely combine ideological education, discipline education, legal education with social morality education and professional ethics education, which runs through the whole process of school education and teaching. At present, in accordance with the Opinions of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on the Pilot Work of Integrity Education in Colleges, Middle Schools and Primary Schools and the Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Construction of Teachers' Morality, we should pay special attention to the anti-corruption education of teachers, especially cadres and teachers in party member, severely punish all kinds of unhealthy practices and violations of discipline and law, use effective educational means to stir up right and wrong, make things clear, improve teachers and students' understanding of corruption, trust in the party and government, and judge moral standards; Adhere to the combination of clean government culture construction and advanced education in party member, campus culture construction, party style and clean government construction, and school quality education, pay attention to the multi-level, pertinence and effectiveness of education, and constantly establish the ideological and moral concept of "respecting honesty" among cadres, teachers and students in party member to promote the fundamental improvement of school spirit. Teaching style, study style, and establish a good fashion of "being honest in politics and obeying the law".

Third, create a healthy cultural environment.

Clean seeds cannot take root and sprout without good soil. It is very important to create an atmosphere and environment to make the campus clean government culture produce good results. The first is to create a clean cultural environment. We should base ourselves on clean government, combine the campus reality, break the routine, dig deep into new clean government education resources, and strive to provide a clean and broad space for students' development. For example, columns of teachers and students' works on clean government are set up, portraits of famous scientists, scholars and honest officials are hung, famous sayings and aphorisms about learning, teaching and fighting corruption are written, and inspiring slogans on clean government are written. The second is to create an elegant campus environment. It is necessary to strengthen the hardware construction of the campus and always keep the campus environment clean and tidy. For example, school roads, student communities, student apartments, cultural activities venues, green spaces, etc. should be planned in a unified way, so that "there are flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruit in autumn and green in winter", and honesty can be seen everywhere at all times. The third is to create a healthy external environment. It is necessary to strengthen the management of the surrounding environment of the school, especially the management and rectification of internet cafes, book bars and film and television halls, and effectively prevent the culture that affects the healthy growth of students from taking root in the camp.

Fourth, build a rich cultural carrier.

Campus is a place to spread culture, and there are many cultural carriers, which must be comprehensively utilized. First, we should make full use of traditional carriers. Incorporate the education of clean government culture into the education and teaching plan, and make full use of the resources of clean government education in politics, Chinese, history and other teaching materials.
