Brief Introduction of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company of China Petrochemical Group

Established in 1956, China Petrochemical Luoyang Engineering Co., Ltd. (LPEC) is located on the bank of Qilihe River in jianxi district, Luoyang City, the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty. It is a scientific and technological enterprise integrating engineering design, engineering contracting, engineering supervision, refining technology and equipment research, and is one of the first units approved to implement general contracting in China. It has Grade A qualification certificates in engineering design, general contracting, engineering supervision, engineering consultation and environmental impact assessment. 1997 passed the ISO900 1 quality system certification, and passed the HSE management system certification in 2004.
