The materials that are prone to produce dust pollution as mentioned in these Measures refer to materials that are prone to produce dust particles such as coal, sand and gravel, dust, construction waste, and engineering slag. Article 4 The municipal ecological and environmental protection administrative department (hereinafter referred to as the municipal ecological and environmental administrative department) implements unified supervision and management of the prevention and control of dust pollution in the city. (9) Engineering materials, sand, gravel, earthwork and other materials that easily generate dust should be handled in a closed manner; if they are stacked on the construction site, they should be covered with dust-proof nets or dust-proof cloths and regularly sprayed with dust.
