Basic situation of Changzhou national high-tech industrial development zone

Over the years, 65 foreign-invested enterprises have been approved, with contracted foreign capital exceeding 3.3 billion US dollars and actually utilized foreign capital exceeding 1 billion US dollars. Among them, there are 122 projects with a total investment of more than 1 million US dollars and 4 projects with a total investment of over 1 million US dollars. By vigorously implementing the strategy of "promoting urbanization", the accumulated investment in infrastructure has exceeded 3.5 billion yuan, and the built-up area is 3 square kilometers. The demolition area reached 1.4 million square meters, forming a "five vertical and seven horizontal" urban road main framework, with complete basic supporting facilities such as water supply, power supply, heating, sewage treatment and communication. A number of hotels, office buildings, apartments, villas and tourism and leisure facilities have been built in the area. Social undertakings are becoming more and more perfect.
