Acceptance: accept clues and materials that violate party discipline and state law, and deal with them.

Preliminary verification: conduct preliminary verification and confirmation of the clues and materials accepted for violations of discipline and law according to regulations.

Filing a case: according to the jurisdiction, after preliminary verification, it is considered that there are indeed violations of discipline and law, and it is decided to file a case according to regulations.

Investigation: collect evidence through investigation and find out the facts of violation of discipline.

Transfer for trial: cases that have been investigated and need to be investigated for party discipline and political discipline shall be transferred to the case trial department after investigation.

III. Inspection Procedures of Supervisory Organs

The supervisory organ shall check the compliance and implementation of laws, regulations and decisions and orders of the people's government by the monitored object. The procedure of inspection work is: establish the project that needs inspection; ? Make inspection plans and organize their implementation; Submit an inspection report to the government at the same level or the supervisory organ at a higher level; According to the inspection results, make a supervision decision or put forward supervision suggestions.

The process of summoning a person by a disciplinary committee is as follows:

1. The summoner of the Commission for Discipline Inspection needs to issue a sealed summons certificate.

2.2. After receiving the summons card, the summoned person needs to sign or seal, and write the date;

3. The summoned person shall arrive at the time and place specified in the summons certificate;

4. After the summoned person arrives, the relevant staff will ask him and make the corresponding inquiry record. The inquiry time shall not exceed 24 hours.

Thirty-fifth supervisory organs shall accept and handle cases or reports in accordance with relevant regulations. If it is not under the jurisdiction of this organ, it shall be transferred to the competent organ for handling.

Thirty-sixth supervisory organs should carry out their work in strict accordance with the procedures, and establish a working mechanism of mutual coordination and mutual restraint between the departments of problem clue disposal, investigation and trial.

The supervisory organ shall strengthen the supervision and management of the whole process of investigation and disposal, and set up corresponding departments to perform management and coordination functions such as clue management, supervision and inspection, supervision and handling, and statistical analysis.

Thirty-seventh supervisory organs shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, put forward opinions on handling the clues of the objects under supervision, perform the examination and approval procedures, and deal with them in a classified manner. Clue disposal should be regularly summarized and notified, and regular supervision and inspection should be carried out.
