The Dali Airport Ground Service Department check-in and stowage team won the honorary title of Dali Prefecture’s 2020 “Women Civilized Post”

On March 8, Dali Prefecture’s “March 8th” International Women’s Day work symposium was held at the Dali International Conference Center. At the meeting, advanced female employees of Dali Prefecture’s enterprises and institutions in 2020 were commended collectively and individually. The check-in and stowage team of Dali Airport Ground Service Department was awarded the honorary title of Dali Prefecture's "Women's Civilized Post". Comrade Ma Xuedan accepted the commendation at the symposium on behalf of the check-in and stowage team.

The Dali Airport Ground Hattori Check-in and Stowage Team is a group made up of mostly women, with 25 team members, 16 of whom are lesbians. It is this collective, with their solid business, sincere service, and rigorous and realistic work style, that has provided heart-warming services to tourists for many years. They have been awarded honorary titles such as the group's advanced female employee collective and advanced safety team. In order to establish a sense of ownership and responsibility among female employees in the team who are dedicated to their work and promote the spirit of "self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and self-improvement". The team combined the advantages of female employees to improve their self-worth, and actively participated in airport team-building activities such as speech contests and basketball games for female employees organized by the airport, and achieved excellent results in them.

Women will not fall into the abyss, but hundreds of teams will bravely compete for the lead. The sisters of the check-in and stowage team have been working silently in their positions for a long time with high-quality services, rigorous work style, and the spirit of unremitting struggle to ensure the safety and comfort of every passenger at the airport.
