1. Focus on the basics and carry out a series of "Six 100" fire safety publicity and education activities. The education administrative departments and public security organs of all counties and cities should supervise and guide schools of all levels and types to determine the fire safety education curriculum and activity content, clarify task measures and work requirements, and steadily carry out the "Six 100" fire safety education series activities.

(1) Attach great importance to ensure the education rate of fire safety students. Schools at all levels and types should attach great importance to fire safety education and make full use of the "first lesson of school", military training at the beginning of school, and theme class meetings to carry out fire safety classroom education, with no less than 2 class hours per semester, to ensure that the student education rate reaches 100 .

2. Pay attention to improvement and carefully organize fire safety education activities in schools at all levels and types.

Schools at all levels and types should, under the guidance of local fire safety departments, conscientiously carry out the "Two Demonstrations, One Competition" activities to further enhance the fire safety awareness of teachers and students.

(1) Carry out the creation activity of "Fire Safety Demonstration School". According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Public Security and the Provincial Department of Education, the creation of "Fire Safety Demonstration Schools" will continue to be carried out this year. (3) Organize and carry out fire safety knowledge speech contests in primary and secondary schools. Counties and cities should combine fire safety education to hold speech contests for primary and secondary school students with the theme of "understanding fire, cherish life, and learn to escape."

Combining specific cases, introduce the importance of fire safety, understand the dangers of fire, enhance teachers and students' fire safety awareness and self-protection awareness, improve self-rescue and self-protection abilities, and understand the inherent connection between attaching importance to fire protection and cherishing life. Each county and city recommends outstanding candidates to participate in the state's fire safety knowledge finals for primary and secondary school students on the basis of selection competitions.

3. Pay attention to efficiency and carry out "11.9" Fire Protection Day publicity and education activities in an orderly manner.

November 9 this year is the 25th Fire Protection Day in our country. All counties and cities should organize publicity and education activities for this year’s Fire Protection Day on the basis of summarizing the experience of publicity and education activities over the years and combining the theme of this year’s Fire Protection Day. . Within the year, each school will set up at least one fire volunteer service team to actively carry out volunteer service activities.

(1) Create a good publicity and education atmosphere. All counties and cities should organize schools before and after the 11.9 Fire Protection Day to publicize fire protection self-rescue and mutual rescue knowledge by posting fire protection slogans, using speeches under the national flag, and producing special blackboard newspapers. (4) Carry out fire safety hazard investigation. Cooperate with the fire department to focus on checking whether the fire safety system is sound, whether the fire fighting and escape plan is scientific, whether the fire protection facilities and equipment are in good condition, and whether fire hazards are eliminated. Focus on checking whether the fire protection facilities and equipment in teaching buildings and other crowded places are complete and effective, and whether there are fire safety hazards in key parts such as power supplies and fire sources.
