1. Time and location arrangements

3. Notes

1. Resident friends are invited to actively participate and all members participate. Follow the community notice, take personal protection, carry your mobile phone health code, your resident ID card or household registration book, and go to the nucleic acid sampling site for sampling; elderly people who go to take samples alone and do not know how to use smartphones, please prepare your ID card; if you do not have an ID card, For children, please use your mobile phone to bind your child's health code or bring your family household registration book; during the sampling process, please wear a mask scientifically throughout the process, line up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of more than one meter from others, and do not gather, communicate, or touch for sampling After the sampling is completed, please leave the scene quickly without lingering or watching. When you return home, please change your mask promptly and perform good hand hygiene.

2. Teachers and students in universities, middle schools, primary schools, and kindergartens will conduct nucleic acid testing according to the unified arrangements of the district education department.

3. Personnel in risk occupations and personnel in key institutions shall carry out nucleic acid testing in accordance with the original requirements.

4. People who have taken control measures such as centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring and have undergone nucleic acid testing will still be implemented in accordance with the original regulations, and the responsible control unit will arrange sampling. Persons with a "yellow code" health code should go to the yellow code sampling point for nucleic acid testing.

5. Persons holding a negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

6. For those who are unable to participate in on-site nucleic acid testing due to advanced age, disability, bedridden, etc., their families can report to the community in advance, and the community will arrange mobile sampling teams to come to collect samples.

7. Persons who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours are not allowed to take nucleic acid sampling. Please report to your village group in a timely manner. And please choose the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff participating in COVID-19 vaccination cannot undertake the task of regular nucleic acid testing and sampling.

8. If individuals have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not go to the centralized sampling point to collect samples. You must take personal protection to collect samples at the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

9. Do not smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

10. This round of nucleic acid testing will not issue a written report. If no notification is received from the disease control department within 24 hours after sampling, the test result will be negative, and the results can be checked through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results are issued, please reduce your movements as much as possible and do not participate in gathering activities.

11. During this period, nucleic acid testing for all employees in the area will be mixed tube sampling, and no fees will be charged.

For those who fail to participate in the nucleic acid test within the specified time, the system will automatically assign a yellow code to their health code, especially for those who do not participate in the regional comprehensive test. 2. All public places and public transport vehicles in the district must strengthen normalized prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement by scanning codes, checking health codes, itinerary codes and nucleic acid test negative certificates.
