What does the comprehensive law enforcement bureau do?

Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau (hereinafter referred to as Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau and Urban Management, English: Urban Management and Law Enforcement, English: U.M.A.L.E) is the department in charge of urban management law enforcement of China people and China government.
