And the residents are all high-quality people. Therefore, the design orientation this time is: high-grade and exquisite projects with taste.

? Design purpose: 1. Introduce the courtyard life atmosphere with humanistic spirit into it. 2. In the living environment, the ancient rhyme is new, reflecting the traditional culture of China and showing the new Chinese landscape.

Design elements and composition layout: square and circle are selected as design elements in the overall scheme layout. There are three main reasons: First, in Chinese studies, Mencius once said, "If you don't obey the rules, you can't become Fiona Fang", and the spiritual connotation of this sentence is very consistent with the code of conduct of residents in this project. Second, in geomantic omen, we should pay attention to the unity of heaven and earth, square and circle, and heaven and earth. This is the so-called land of geomantic omen. Third, in the spirit of form, the top and circle of a shape are not perfect, but when they are combined, the complementarity of forms will produce perfect results. Just like the courtyard spirit in the design purpose, everyone has shortcomings, but together they are tolerant and learn from each other. There are both tenacious beliefs and warm and mellow emotions. Harmony * * *. In view of the above three reasons, square and circle are chosen as design elements to form the whole project.

Design style: With the development of society, more and more high-quality people begin to return to traditional culture and explore the influence of traditional culture on modern life. In this environment, a new China landscape was born. In order to satisfy residents' yearning for traditional culture, the project chooses new Chinese landscape as its design style, and expresses the spiritual connotation of traditional gardens in China with contemporary landscape design language. Combine modernity and tradition organically to create a Chinese landscape that meets the living needs of modern communities.

Design zoning: According to the project plan, landscape design is divided into six areas, named after virtue, behavior and art in Chinese studies. Give each region spiritual connotation. Wisdom and faith mean: family harmony. Friendship and harmony mean social harmony. Rites and music mean: having both ability and political integrity. Combined with the meanings of wisdom, faith, friendship, harmony, courtesy and joy, the residents' activities are analyzed, and the area is divided into sports parish, children's activity area, central gathering area, leisure interaction area, quiet rest area and ecological stroll area. According to the design zoning, space design with different requirements is carried out for each area. Landscape structure: In the composition of the landscape structure of the project, three landscape nodes are designed from north to south to form the main axis of the landscape, which extends outward to cover the whole project plot, forming a landscape structure with one axis and six gardens.

? Zhiyuan: Located on the north side of Building 2, mainly focusing on sports and education. In this area, finished fitness equipment is arranged, and famous sayings, poems, calligraphy, photography and so on are displayed in the veranda. Become a cultural exchange exhibition space. Xinyuan: It is located between Building 4 and Building 5 as a quiet rest area. The plot area is small, so the spatial design is mostly long and narrow, which forms a spatial contrast with other parks. The design of this area can't accommodate a large number of people, mainly providing a semi-private space for people who like quiet to read and study. The large-scale cultivation of persimmons in this area symbolizes all the best.

Liyuan: Located between Building 1 and Building 3. Function for children's activity area, hollow low wall and artificial gentle slope terrain form a patchwork space, providing children with changeable activity space. The characteristic design of wrought iron lamps also adds a lively space atmosphere to the space. Planting Chimonanthus praecox in this area symbolizes strength and purity. Giving flowers and trees humanity is an important feature of traditional gardens in China. The planting design will also plant characteristic trees in various regions. Reflect different spiritual connotations.

Heyuan: located between Building 2 and Building 4, as the central gathering area. The large-scale pavement design meets the activity needs of a large number of people and provides sufficient activity space in this area. The design of tree array seats provides a rest space for the active crowd. Tingbu marble arranged in the square symbolizes rapid progress. The large-scale cultivation of peony in this area symbolizes boldness and wealth.

Garden: Located between Building 3 and Building 5, it functions as a leisure interactive area. This area is designed with pavilions and watersides, and there are enough seats in the pavilions for people to rest. The design purpose of this area is mainly to provide people with a space for communication, where friends can chat, enjoy tea and enjoy a simple and relaxed life in the pavilion. The large-scale cultivation of pomegranate in this area symbolizes many children and many blessings.

Paradise: Located between Building 4 and Building 1, it is defined as an ecological pedestrian zone, in which natural ecology is dominant, and large trees, trees, shrubs and grass are planted in this area in multiple layers to reflect the beauty of nature. There is no large-scale pavement in this area, and the static area is the same as the whole partition of Xinyuan, which forms a dynamic and static contrast with other areas. Put a sound system in the shade and play it at a fixed time, so that people can walk in soothing music and feel the natural feeling of painting and poetry. Relieve the hustle and bustle of urban survival. The rockery placed on the north side of Building 6 echoes the water system on the south side of Building 6, so that there are mountains in the north and water in the south. It is known as Zhengyang's great house in geomantic omen. The water system design on the south side makes the original public space private and becomes the exclusive landscape of Building 6. The large-scale planting of Lagerstroemia indica in this area symbolizes family harmony. Planting lotus flowers on the south side of Building 6 symbolizes holiness and auspiciousness.

Central axis: It consists of three nodes in the middle of the residential area, starting from the lamppost array and matching with the paulownia tree array. Let people enter it with a sense of ceremony, which reflects the atmosphere of the project connotation. The center is rockery and waterscape, just like the shadow wall in traditional buildings in China, which makes people unable to see through at a glance and sets off the atmosphere of China landscape. The south node is a landscape retaining wall, which also adopts the landscaping techniques in China gardens.

Gate and fence: the gate is designed with a simple veranda structure, giving people a feeling of getting started, low-key and atmospheric. There are two forms of fence design: wrought iron fence and brick fence. The wrought iron fence is transparent and natural, while the brick fence reflects the noble atmosphere of high walls and deep courtyards in traditional buildings in China.

Children's activity space: placing finished children's activity equipment can improve the interest on the premise of ensuring safety. Bicycle yard: Paulownia is planted in the bicycle yard to form a tree-lined parking lot, and the tree grates ensure the level of the yard. Sketch design: Sketch design is the crowning touch in the landscape, which not only beautifies the environment, but also has practical functions. The design style of all sketches closely follows the overall style of the new Chinese landscape, creating a unified atmosphere. Wooden grilles are used in the details, and traditional patterns make the landscape sketches look more antique.

Paving design: antique bricks, pebbles, granite and other materials are selected to reflect the classical charm. The edge of pebbles has a rich pavement layer and has the function of fitness massage. Large pieces of granite are laid with antique bricks with cushion patterns. Neat and diverse. The circular plastic track can reduce the knee injury of runners and exercisers. As a new material, permeable floor embodies the concept of environmental protection.

Planting design: In the planting design, we should adapt the trees to the ground and adopt different planting structures according to the spatial function and layout. Mainly trees, shrubs, flowers and grass are planted in multiple layers, so that there are flowers in three seasons and evergreen in all seasons. In the selection of tree species, choose tree species that grow well in Beijing. Large and excellent trees are planted in key areas, which are tall, spectacular, complete and mature, and become the visual focus of the whole landscape. Selected tree species: DBH 20 or above, cortex fraxini, Luan tree and Acer truncatum. Structural trees are used to form the basic framework and style of street trees.

Tree species: DBH 10- 12, Sophora japonica and Fraxinus chinensis. Characteristic tree: it has certain ornamental value and is used to create visual changes, strengthen styles and characteristics, and form the uniqueness of each division. Tree species selection: DBH 8- 10, pomegranate, persimmon and crape myrtle. Small trees and shrubs: refers to the plants with high sight of ordinary adults, which are planted together with big trees to strengthen their characteristics and functions. Tree species selection: Hibiscus, Pearl Plum and Xifu Begonia.

Ground cover flowers: used to form a flat green space effect and prevent weeds from growing vertically. Choose flowers: roses and peonies.

Lighting design: Combining with Chinese traditional patterns, we mainly design three types of lights, namely landscape lamp posts, courtyard lamps and lawn lamps. Landscape lamppost: used in key areas, with strong caring, atmosphere and ritual sense.
