Second, some cadres and the masses are lax and tired of environmental sanitation improvement. They can only tighten their grip on strict requirements from superiors, and relax without supervision, which lacks initiative.

3. Next steps:

(1) Further improve the long-term mechanism for hygiene and cleaning. Pay close attention to the improvement and implementation of long-term mechanisms and the construction of a team of cleaning staff. While keeping the original cleaning team unchanged, a voluntary cleaning service system for needy households was implemented in all villages in the town, and some capable people were selected from needy households in each village to join the cleaning team.

(2) Further improve the health supervision and management mechanism. We plan to select some people with strong sense of responsibility from the old party members, veteran cadres and village representatives of each village to set up an environmental sanitation supervision team to supervise the villagers and cleaning staff. On the one hand, they supervise the villagers to consciously care for the environment and form good hygiene habits. On the other hand, they supervise the cleaning staff to perform their duties conscientiously and score the cleaning work, which is directly related to the salary of the cleaning staff.
