2. Fried liver buns.

Especially when the weather is getting colder and colder, eating a bowl of fried liver and two steamed buns is definitely a comfort. But when you eat fried liver, you should pay attention to it. You can't stir it with a spoon. You can only drink it while turning the bowl.
3. Fried cake
This is called "glutinous rice cake" in our south. The outside is crisp, the inside is soft and waxy, and the red bean paste inside is delicious.
I like this kind of fried cake myself, with soy milk. But in Beijing, people seem to prefer to cook noodles with tea. Although there is tea in the name, it is not real tea, but a kind of batter made of millet and sesame sauce (Beijingers seem to like sesame sauce). But maybe some people don't like it (I'm a little uncomfortable myself), so I ended up with soy milk, hahaha.
4. Bean juice, yogurt and pickled vegetables.
Speaking of breakfast in old Beijing, this one is very classic and deeply loved by everyone.
Bean juice +inby+ shredded pickles is a perfect match. A bite of bean juice, a bite of inby, and a bite of shredded pickles will keep you warm all day in cold weather, hahaha?
