“Practice both morality and industry, pay equal attention to knowledge and practice” is the school motto of Baoding College. Baoding University is a full-time general undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, 30 kilometers away from Xiongan New Area. It has convenient transportation, beautiful environment, and good location advantages.

It has successively won the honorary titles of National Civilized Unit, Hebei Province Advanced Collective for Party Building in Colleges and Universities, Hebei Province College Party Building Demonstration School, and Hebei Province Transformation and Development Demonstration University. The course "Art Education" was successfully selected into the first batch of national online open courses. There are currently 3 provincial key development disciplines, 1 national-level quality course, 3 provincial-level quality courses, 2 provincial-level quality resource exclusive courses, 7 first-class undergraduate courses in Hebei Province, and a pilot comprehensive reform of provincial majors. 1 project and 3 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers.

There are 8 national-level industry-education integration platforms including the "Baoding University Modern Training Center". Carry out in-depth cooperation with more than 130 companies.
