Organization and implementation of the notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Health on the issuance of the "2010 Large Hospital Inspection Work Plan"

(1) Work deployment (June 2010).

Schedule deployment. The Ministry of Health issued a notice and work plan to arrange and deploy the inspection work of large hospitals, and strive to conduct inspections of large hospitals within 3-4 years.

Develop a plan. In accordance with the requirements of the notice and work plan, each provincial health administrative department shall formulate the overall plan, annual plan and implementation plan for inspections of large hospitals in their respective jurisdictions in 2010, and submit them to the Medical Management Department of the Ministry of Health before August 31, 2010.

(2) Organization and implementation (July to December 2010).

Propaganda launched. All provincial health administrative departments have done a good job in publicity and mobilization, and deployed inspections of large hospitals within their jurisdiction.

Implement. The hospital conducts self-examination against this plan and the implementation plan formulated by the provincial health administration department. Provincial health administrative departments are responsible for organizing and implementing inspections of large hospitals within their jurisdiction. In principle, the inspection time of each hospital shall not be less than one month.

(3) Inspection and supervision (September to December 2010).

The Ministry of Health will carry out inspections of ministry-administered hospitals and other large hospitals in accordance with this plan, and supervise and inspect the inspections of large hospitals carried out by provincial health administrative departments.

(4) Summary and exchange (January 2011).

Convene a large-scale hospital inspection work meeting to exchange information on large-scale hospital inspections in various places, summarize inspection experience, improve large-scale hospital inspection systems, and discuss ideas and arrangements for large-scale hospital inspections in 2011.
