Amendment to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on City Appearance Management in Huanren Manchu Autonomous County (2008)

Article 1 These Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of County Appearance of Huanren Manchu Autonomous County. After the activity, the approved unit or individual shall promptly remove the temporary facilities and generated wastes. Article 5 Market operators must bring their own garbage collection containers and cleaning tools, keep booths and business premises clean and tidy, and put garbage into bags at designated places. Sixth outdoor advertising facilities should be kept intact, civilized, beautiful and safe. And is checked, repaired and replaced by the setter.

Seventh roads and residential areas in the county are naturally damaged, and the municipal and property management departments shall repair them in time. Eighth applications for digging roads and residential areas shall go through the examination and approval procedures in the county court.

(1) Units or individuals applying for digging roads and residential areas shall apply to the competent administrative department of urban and rural planning and construction for a planning permit for construction projects, and provide a design scheme, and construction can only start after the approval of the competent administrative department of urban and rural planning and construction;

Operators shall not have the following acts:

(a) Unauthorized occupation;

Article 18 Vehicles transporting mud, muck, waste, domestic garbage and livestock and poultry shall be kept clean and tidy, and covering or sealing measures shall be taken during transportation to prevent dripping. If there is any scattering behavior that affects the city appearance and environment, the transporter should spray water at any time to clean it up. Nineteenth after the completion of the project, the site must be leveled and hard covered in accordance with the following standards.

(a) basic facilities must be complete, including water pipe network, communication pipe network, heating pipe network, sidewalks, green space, etc. ;

(two) after the completion of the site clean, clean and tidy. Twentieth county power supply, communication and cable TV lines shall meet the following requirements:

(a) should avoid cross stay, outdoor stay must be neat and beautiful;

(two) new residential power supply, communication, cable TV lines must be laid underground or in the wall;

(three) the existing pipeline should be gradually laid in the wall or underground;

(four) telecommunications lines shall not be introduced into the wall.
