First, the registration object

1. According to the existing detection ability of our station and the needs of epidemic prevention and control, this registration is only for registered personnel in Bozhou and registered personnel in other cities who work and live in Bozhou.

2. Candidates can register again after the previous test results are announced, and they cannot register at two or more test sites at the same time, otherwise the registration will be invalid.

3. If the candidate's school has established a Putonghua test station, please register at the school; If the students who have not built a station have test requirements, the office of the school language Committee can dock with the Anhui Putonghua Training and Testing Center and the office of the local Municipal Education Bureau to make overall arrangements.

Second, the registration and examination schedule

Third, the registration and payment methods

1. Log in to "Bozhou Online Service Hall" official website and register your personal account (registered account can be directly logged in).

2. Search for "Putonghua Proficiency Test Service", click "Online Processing", and be sure to read the "Registration Commitment" carefully when registering (see attachment 1, important, required reading! ! ), after confirming that the registration conditions are met, enter relevant information according to the webpage prompts and upload relevant materials for registration.

3. After successful registration, log in to the online service hall in official website and Bozhou (candidates will generally receive SMS reminders after registration), enter the personal center, and select "My Payment" to pay online in time when the application status is "Payment", and complete the payment within 2 days. Those who fail to pay within the time limit will be returned automatically. Test fee: social worker 50 yuan/person-time, full-time student 25 yuan/person-time (implemented according to Wan Jia Fei Han [2007] No.99).

5. Take the test at the test center according to the test time specified in the admission ticket.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. All the places in Bozhou test center for social candidates are entered into the registration system of "Bozhou Online Service Hall". 4. About 30 days after the end of the exam, you can log in to the "Results Query" page of the online registration system of the National Putonghua Proficiency Test to check the results.

5. Mail the certificate about two months after the exam. Candidates automatically choose to mail the certificate when registering online, and the mailing fee is paid by the government service center. Please fill in the recipient information accurately. If the certificate cannot be delivered due to the wrong information such as the recipient's address and telephone number, you are responsible.

6. According to the Management Regulations of Putonghua Proficiency Test (Order No.51of the Ministry of Education), the Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate is divided into paper certificate and electronic certificate, both of which have the same effect. Paper certificates are uniformly printed by the State Council Language and Literature Department within 15 working days after the results are published, and sent to Anhui Putonghua Training and Testing Center, and then collected and distributed to candidates by the testing station; Candidates for e-cert can obtain and add to their personal e-cert from "National Government Service Platform" (including APP, WeChat official account and Alipay official account) about one week after the results are announced. If the paper certificate is lost, it will not be reissued. Candidates can check the exam results through the "National Government Service Platform", and the query results have the same effect as the certificate.

Five, epidemic prevention and control requirements

(1) General requirements

Candidates should consciously abide by the epidemic prevention regulations of Anhui Province and Bozhou City. Anyone who conceals or lies about the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history and health status, and fails to cooperate with epidemic prevention inspection, resulting in adverse consequences, will be investigated for responsibility according to relevant laws and regulations.

1. Candidates who have the following conditions and whose Ankang code is "red code" and "yellow code" should contact the test center in advance to postpone the exam:

(1) COVID-19 has been identified as infected persons (confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons), suspected cases, close contacts and sub-close contacts, as well as confirmed cases that have been cured and discharged from hospital or asymptomatic infected persons who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation, and are still in the follow-up or medical observation period.

(2) Candidates who have lived in high and medium risk areas or have lived abroad for 7 days before the exam have not completed the prescribed isolation control measures.

2. Candidates who have lived in low-risk areas for 7 days before the test must provide negative proof of two nucleic acid tests within 3 days (at least 24 hours after two sampling) after leaving the county (district) where the epidemic occurred before taking the test.

3. All candidates must provide negative nucleic acid test report (paper version or electronic version) within 48 hours before the exam.

4. Because the epidemic situation may change at any time, the prevention and control requirements will also change. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the SMS tips sent by "Registration System"-"Help Center"-"Announcement of Test Sites" and "Bozhou Net Office" before the test, and inquire about relevant information on time.

(2) 7 days before the exam

1. Prepare for epidemic prevention. Candidates who are still outside Bozhou City are advised to return to Bozhou City 7 days before the exam. Candidates should pay close attention to the epidemic prevention and control requirements in their areas (including their places of residence and Bozhou City), and learn about epidemic prevention measures, health monitoring and personal protection precautions in advance.
