Total vehicle cost = valuation weight × (ship freight rate+port operation lump sum rate+cargo port fee rate);

General cargo: 32 yuan/ton by sea, 5 yuan/ton by port operation and RMB/ton by cargo port, totaling RMB/ton.

Fresh agricultural products: sea freight RMB/ton, port operation contract RMB/ton, cargo port fee RMB/ton, totaling RMB/ton.
