The purpose of the dynamic survey of China's labor force is to systematically monitor the social structure of villages/residential communities, the changes and interactions between families and individual laborers, and to establish a tracking database at the three levels of labor force, family and community, so as to provide basic data for high-quality theoretical research and policy research oriented by evidence. Therefore, the data of China Labor Force Dynamic Survey is updated every two years.
