Scientific management is the means of library work, and service is the ultimate goal of library. The essence of library service is to recommend all kinds of books and periodicals collected in the library to the students who need them most, so as to give full play to the information function of books and periodicals. I usually pay great attention to the opinions of teachers and students. Ordinary work can create extraordinary achievements.
