Over the past xx years, the teaching work of our college has been guided by the construction of quality engineering, centered on the quality of classroom teaching, and focused on the construction of experimental center and practical teaching, constantly striving to promote the steady improvement of undergraduate teaching quality.

1. Change management concepts and enhance service awareness.

In teaching management, we should establish a "people-oriented" service concept, take students as the main body and teachers as the leading factor, constantly innovate educational ideas and concepts, enhance service awareness, and correctly handle the relationship between service, coordination and supervision and inspection. In the implementation of teaching tasks and curriculum arrangements, we should consider the actual situation of teachers and students as much as possible, and try our best to make the arrangement of teaching work more orderly, reasonable and scientific. Attach importance to the construction of teaching management team, actively promote teaching management innovation from the aspects of teaching management concept, system and means, and improve service level.

2. Implement the new management concept explored by Scientific Outlook on Development.

Emancipate the mind, carry out educational thought study, actively explore modern educational management concepts, highlight the scientific, humanized and intelligent teaching management in the new period, enhance the awareness of innovation and reform, and strengthen the planning, systematicness and innovation of educational management. The college regularly holds teaching work meetings to convey modern educational ideas and management concepts, discuss and analyze the shortcomings in teaching work, and study ideas and measures to strengthen teaching work in the college. A feasible education work plan has been formulated and implemented in detail in the form of "work week calendar". Constantly optimize teaching management, actively promote the formation of a two-level management mechanism between departments, give full play to the fortress role of departments and teaching and research sections in teaching, discipline construction, personnel training and other aspects and the guiding role of style of study construction, and fully mobilize and give full play to students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning.

3. Strengthen self-construction and promote the information construction of educational administration.

The college attaches great importance to improving the professional quality of teaching service personnel and student workers. Over the past year, we have organized three meetings between teachers and students/KLOC-0, and carried out special study, training and mobilization education in the aspects of student status management, educational administration, examination of discipline, resource construction and classroom teaching organization. Academic staff are United and cooperative, can actively learn and master the functions of the new educational administration system, put forward improvement suggestions according to business needs, sum up work experience and shortcomings in time, and write more than 30 papers and summary materials on various teaching management.

The college actively promotes the information construction of educational administration, and the graduation design management system and laboratory management (computer room reservation) system developed by the college have entered the second round of trial operation and improvement stage.

4. Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and promote the formation of excellent teaching teams.

The construction of talent team is an arduous task, which has long been an important problem that puzzles the development of the college. On the premise of ensuring the teaching task, the college adopts the measures of training and introducing in different levels and stages, and strives to improve the structure and level of the teaching staff. At the same time, we should attach importance to the improvement of the professional level of teachers and the investment in personnel training, actively encourage and support teachers to further their studies, participate in seminars and exchanges, and encourage young teachers to actively participate in and devote themselves to practice, and apply scientific research results to teaching practice. Promote the improvement of young teachers' basic teaching ability by carrying out teaching competitions and series of teaching and research activities; Through "going out, please come in" and other forms to carry out learning and training, in order to promote the formation of excellent teaching team.

Make full use of the counterpart support policy, the preferential policies of Peking University and Tianda Graduate Training Base of our university and the training plan of high-level key talents in ethnic minority areas, broaden the channels of teacher training and pay close attention to improving the academic qualifications of young and middle-aged teachers. Actively invite famous teachers from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Jiaotong University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to give academic lectures and exchanges; Jiang Yueping, the leader of the supervision expert group in colleges and universities, and Cao Yu, the center of modern educational technology, were invited to give lectures and training for teachers in our college. On the premise of providing high-quality services, on the basis of ensuring teaching order and standardizing teaching process, by means of teaching research and promoting teaching reform, and with the goal of improving teaching quality and cultivating students' all-round development of knowledge, ability and quality, educational administrators at all levels do a good job in all kinds of services of teaching management.

Achievements: In teaching, in the first half of this year, I mainly undertook the teaching tasks of two classes of engineering drawing, two classes of descriptive geometry and mechanical drawing, and two classes of mechanical drawing homework, and guided the graduation design of ten undergraduates.
