Leaving the system supervision is tantamount to building a car behind closed doors. So I can stick to the principle, be unselfish and act according to the system. Sometimes, it is inevitable to offend people for a while, but I clearly believe that as long as it is for work and public interest, they will understand and understand the ruthlessness and sentimentality of principles and systems in the future. In the work, only a ruler can measure it to the end, so as to ensure the orderly and scientific development of all work. After working in the post-supervision center for several years, I deeply realized the core values of grassroots central banks in performing their duties.

The particularity of the banking industry determines the importance of perfecting its internal control and restraint mechanism. Therefore, based on my work experience of more than 20 years and the current business development needs, I think it is very timely, important and necessary to strengthen the system construction. Only by establishing and perfecting various rules and regulations can there be rules to follow. During this year, I assisted the section chief and comrades to inspect and investigate the main business links, important positions and key positions of the department, further strengthen people's ideological education and professional ability training, strengthen supervision process management, and plug all loopholes and dead ends. For the business of business departments, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of rules and regulations, and track the depth and breadth of inspection. Give full play to the effective role of post supervision inspection system of grass-roots central banks.
