What to do if the mouse area of ??Lenovo laptop fails

1. Open the Control Panel and click Hardware and Sound.

2. In the hardware and sound interface, click the mouse.

3. Open the mouse properties interface and click on the device settings above.

4. On the device settings page, double-click to select the synaptics clickpad V1.1 device and click to activate. Mouse area failure is usually caused by the synaptics clickpad V1.1 device being disabled on the computer.

5. After enabling the synaptics clickpad V1.1 device, click Apply and "Confirm".

6. Close the page and the mouse area will be available.
