Troubleshooting of washing machine use

Check whether the power socket of the washing machine is plugged in, and press the power button to confirm whether the light on the machine panel is on. If not, please try to replace other sockets or plug other appliances into the socket of the washing machine to see if there is any response. If the power supply fails, please contact the residential property electrician to check the power supply.

Start key operation

Check whether the start key is pressed. Correct operation method: power supply → start/pause or start/pause.

Intake fault

When the power supply is normal, press Start/Pause or Start/Pause to confirm whether water can enter. If there is no water, check whether the faucet is turned on, whether the water is cut off at home, and whether the water flow is small. You can turn the faucet on to the maximum or contact the property to check the water pressure.

Water level sensor failure

When water is manually added to the pulsator washing machine, the water level sensor will not automatically recognize it. The machine defaults to high water level, and the washing machine will keep buzzing and not work. It is necessary to continue to fill the bucket with water until the buzz is eliminated before the washing machine can run and work. Power Supply → Water Level Select Low Water Level → Start/Pause or Start/Pause.
