1. Purpose of the activity:

In response to the call of the school league committee to strengthen the construction of the youth volunteer team, in line with the spirit of the Youth Volunteer Association of "based on campus and serving the society", I The school Youth Volunteer Association will hold an activity to recruit new young volunteers in 2009. This activity is based on the original intention of deepening the awareness of dedication of our school students and improving the volunteer spirit of our school students, and provides a platform for volunteer activities for the majority of students to show their abilities and improve their self-quality.

2. Activity description:

1. The new recruitment targets are all freshmen in Grade 2009 and old students of all grades in the school who are interested in joining the youth volunteer team.

2. The recruitment process is based on the basic principle of voluntariness. Staff involved in recruitment are not allowed to recruit members by force, persuasion, or other unfair means such as coercion, inducement, or slandering other associations.

3. Staff must strictly abide by the work arrangements during the recruitment period. They are not allowed to chat, fight, play with mobile phones, or eat during work. They are also not allowed to be late, leave early, or leave work midway.

4. During the event, members of the General Council must wear formal attire, and on-site staff must wear youth volunteer

clothing. Slippers are strictly prohibited.

5. The persons in charge and staff of various tasks assigned before, during and after the event must strictly abide by their responsibilities and complete their assigned tasks with high quality and on time. On the premise of completing their own work, volunteers need to carry forward the spirit of unity and help each other. Those who violate activity work disciplines will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school community and the Youth Volunteer Association system.

4. Activity process

1. Preparation (persons in charge: He Qianwen, Liu Lidan, Zhu Dalong)

a. Publicity (person in charge: Liu Lidan)

(1) Wang Luyao and Zhu Yanqiang of the Publicity Department are responsible for drawing one picture poster each.

(2) Huang Renhe is responsible for making text posters and posting them in two batches (on the evening of September 3 and September 13 respectively).

(3) Liu Lidan purchased banners and boards (assisted by Wang Luyao and Zhu Yanqiang) to maximize the influence of this event. And make a five-point club name board.

All publicity and preparation work must be completed before 14:00 on September 15th.

b. On-site layout (persons in charge: Zhu Dalong, Ming Lianghao)

The organization department is responsible for the purchase and preparation of items for the early stage layout, and prepares the event process and materials (leaflets, department functions tables, registration forms, on-site circuits, audio equipment, etc.) are guaranteed.

(Purchase and borrowing of items must be completed before 22:00 on the evening of the 15th)

Zhu Dalong, Ming Lianghao, and Zheng Xiaobo were responsible for placing four sets of tables and chairs at the event site, and divided them equally. Five branches and one speaker are placed, the name boards of each branch are placed at the corresponding positions, and the flags are erected behind the recruitment point. Each branch will be provided with two pens, several registration forms, and two general department function allocation forms. Banners should be hung appropriately based on the site conditions.

On-site decoration work must start 50 minutes before the start time of the activity on the 16th and end 10 minutes before the start time. On the 17th and 18th, go to the site immediately after school for decoration.

(Deployment time: 14:40-15:20 on the 16th, 16:25-16:40 on the 17th and 18th)

2. Activity (person in charge: Huang Rui , Liu Xunhua)

a. Use the songs of young volunteers as the background music.

b. The staff will distribute leaflets within the scope of the activity, ask the applicants and lead them to the branch office of their department to register.

c. The registration receptionist must guide the applicants to read the general department function allocation form and ask them to fill in the registration intention of the headquarters department.

d. After registration, the Finance Department must issue a receipt in triplicate. One copy will be given to the registrant, one copy will be handed over to the Board of Directors, and one copy will be used as a backup.

3. Later stage of the activity (Tang Yubin, Ouyang Limei, Kuang Shen)

a. After the daily recruitment, the Secretariat (Ouyang Limei), Finance Department (Kang Shen) ) Strictly organize the number of people registered on the day, receipts, cash and their records. (Must be submitted to the board of directors before 21:30 every day.)

b. After the daily recruitment, Zhu Dalong of the Organization Department is responsible for properly storing on-site equipment and promptly counting the property used on that day. (Report to the Board of Directors before 19:30 every day on the use of property on that day.)

c. After all recruitment activities are completed, each branch will summarize the registration status of the branch and submit it to the General Secretariat (Zhao Weiqin) Office), which will be compiled and filed by the Secretariat (Zhao Weiqin), (submitted to the Board of Directors before 22:00 on the evening of the 18th.) The president of the school association will hand over the list of personnel and the registration fees collected to the school Youth League Committee.

d. Secretariat Ouyang Limei needs to record the list of staff present every day without affecting the smooth progress of the recruitment work, do a good job in attendance, and summarize and report after the overall recruitment activity. (No later than 14:00 pm on the 20th)

4. Summary of activities

After the recruitment activities, the president of the school association (Huang Rui) will hold a summary meeting to discuss The activities will be reviewed and summarized. All association personnel involved in the recruitment work must arrive at the meeting on time. The secretariat (Zhao Weiqin) will record the meeting and each department will make a summary report of the activities.
