What are the printing processes of printed cloth?

With the maturity of printing technology, printed fabrics have gradually entered people's field of vision. Because of the different shapes of printed flowers, the styles are also unreasonable. So what are the printing processes of printed cloth?

1, screen printing. As the name implies, it is printed by screen printing. Let the color paste pass through the place where printing is needed, and seal it with polymer where printing is not needed. Therefore, a color needs a screen, and printing needs higher flowers. If it is slightly off, it will cause color overlap.

2. Rotary screen printing. The color paste is printed on the hollowed-out pattern through the rotating shaft.

3. transfer printing. One of the most popular printing processes in the market. Transfer printing refers to printing flower patterns with disperse dyes and ink on specific gravure paper, and making them into hot transfer printing paper. Then the corresponding pattern is printed on the fabric under the condition of high temperature and high pressure of about 210℃ and 400 t t, which is called transfer printing.

4. Reduce printing. Using printing method to locally apply chemicals that can make the fibers expand or contract, and through proper treatment, the fibers in the printed part and the fibers in the non-printed part will have differences in expansion or contraction, so as to obtain products with regular concave-convex patterns on the surface. For example, pure cotton printed seersucker is used as bulking agent. Also known as embossing.

5. Plane screen printing. The printing die is a polyester or nylon wire mesh (pattern) fixed on a square frame and has a hollow pattern. The color paste can penetrate the pattern on the pattern board, and the net is closed with a polymer film layer where there is no pattern. When printing, the color paste is filled on the flower plate by pressing the flower plate on the fabric, and then scraped back and forth with a scraper to make the color paste reach the surface of the fabric through the pattern. Flat screen printing has low production efficiency, but wide adaptability and flexible application, which is suitable for small batch and multi-variety production.

6. Water slurry printing. The so-called water slurry is a water-based slurry. When printed on clothes, the feeling is not strong and the coverage is not strong. It is only suitable for printing on light-colored fabrics, and the price is relatively flat. It belongs to a relatively low-level printing type.
