Assist department leaders to establish and improve the company's safety production management system according to the company's requirements, actual situation and current safety production situation. The establishment of these systems not only meets the inspection requirements of superior departments, but also is beneficial to the safety management of the company.

Under the correct leadership of the leader in charge of safety work, carefully supervise the safety functions of equipment and personnel in the production and operation areas, put an end to the habitual violations of operators, resolutely investigate and deal with other safety violations in the planning, layout, inspection, summary and assessment of safety production, and master the major hidden dangers and weak links that threaten safety production.

Assist department leaders to seriously implement the responsibility system for production safety, regularly attend pre-shift and post-shift meetings, strengthen the publicity and communication of laws and regulations related to production safety and accident cases, do a solid job in safety training, and firmly fulfill the commitments in the responsibility book for production safety to ensure the smooth realization of the company's production safety objectives.

Actively carry out hidden dangers investigation and do a good job in safety. Organize more than 6 regular inspections of safe and civilized production and various special safety inspections every month, discover the unsafe behaviors of employees and the unsafe state of equipment from the job site, educate employees on the spot, rectify hidden dangers in time, and nip all kinds of unsafe factors in the bud. In the first half of the year, * * * found more than 30 hidden dangers and problems, all of which were rectified. Listen carefully and collect the reasonable safety suggestions and opinions of the team, and report to the superior leader.

According to the spirit of the company's notice, do a good job in the four precautions in summer, formulate and implement detailed emergency plans for flood control and fire fighting, actively organize employees of the West Factory to participate in the drill, find out the shortcomings in the drill, and ensure that in the event of an accident, the losses are minimized.

Conduct safety education for company employees. In particular, the safety education for new and foreign construction workers will enable them to have a preliminary understanding of the safety situation of the West Plant and the identification and prevention of dangerous sources in their work, so as to establish a sense of safety self-protection in their future work and reduce the probability of production safety accidents.

Second, shortcomings in the work.

Although I have made some achievements in my post in the past six months, there are still many shortcomings, mainly in the following aspects;

1, safety management is lax and meticulous, employees' safety awareness is indifferent, and there is a blind spot in safety management. There were 2 and 23 vehicle accidents in limestone freight yard respectively, resulting in deaths.

2. There is still a lack of organizational and communication skills, and there is still a certain gap with experienced colleagues; We should strengthen business study, emancipate our minds and make up the gap.

3. The supervision and inspection of outsourcing units is not enough, especially for some special operators who work without a license. Three violations? The phenomenon is more prominent. In this regard, we should strengthen the supervision of foreign cooperative units, put an end to the phenomenon of unlicensed posts, strengthen education, and increase the punishment for illegal operators.

4. Not bold enough in work and not advanced enough in thinking. We should change our working methods and methods in continuous learning, and constantly innovate and improve.

2. Be a good leader's assistant, put forward reasonable suggestions for various problems in safety work in time, and cooperate with department leaders to complete various tasks assigned by the company.

3. Strengthen the safety supervision and inspection of the job site, especially the safety supervision of high-risk operations such as large-scale hoisting, aerial work and crossover operation to ensure the safety of the operation. Illegal phenomena and hidden dangers on the job site should be stopped and rectified in time.

4, seriously implement the responsibility system for production safety, as well as various rules and regulations and operating procedures, often attend the after-shift meeting of each unit, and seriously implement the provisions of the worker's safety production education and training, safety technical disclosure, etc.

5. Strengthen the review of outsourcing unit qualification, safety production license and operation certificate of special operators, strengthen the review of various special construction schemes, earnestly do a good job in regular safety patrol inspection and dangerous maintenance, find hidden dangers of safety accidents, timely require the construction unit to rectify and urge them to be in place, and earnestly perform safety supervision duties.
