How to set up duplex printing?

Double-sided printing is one of the common functions of printers. Double-sided printing can not only save about 1/2 printing paper, but also improve the utilization rate of paper, which is an effective measure for energy saving and environmental protection. For ordinary household paper and daily office printing, it is also an important way to reduce printing costs and office and living printing expenses. The steps of double-sided printing are as follows:

1. After selecting "Print" of the target file, the print dialog box will pop up, and select "Odd Pages" to print. After odd pages are printed, put all the reverse sides of the paper into the paper box;

2. If the last page of your document happens to be an even page, select "Even Page" when printing, select "Reverse Printing" at the same time, and then print a double-sided document;

3. If the last page of the target document is an odd page, you need to add a blank page at the end of the document to make the last page of the document an even page, and then print it by the above method.

In general, many printers support reverse printing and odd-even page printing of documents. Before setting up duplex printing, you can test whether your home printer supports duplex printing. As long as the paper is put into the printer twice by a certain method, the ordinary printer can also print on both sides without worrying about the wrong file order. Especially in the case of large printing volume, its convenience is more prominent.
