1. Military recruitment work flow

(1) Military service registration. Male citizens who reach the age of 18 before December 31 of that year can log in to the "National Military Recruitment Network" (www.gfbzb.gov.cn) to register for military service from January 10 to June 30.

(2) Online registration. Male soldiers must complete military service registration before signing up. Young men who are willing to apply can log in to the "National Recruitment Network" to apply. After registration is completed, those who meet the basic requirements for joining the military can download and print the relevant registration forms from the Internet. Freshmen of colleges and universities should apply for the application at the place of their registered residence; fresh graduates and current students of colleges and universities can apply for the application at the location of the school, or they can apply for the application at the place of their registered residence before admission.

(3) Preliminary review and inspection. The township (town, street) armed forces departments and college recruitment workstations, together with relevant military and local departments, conduct a preliminary review of the actual performance, physical condition, medical history, etc. of the young people of appropriate age.

(4) Pre-levy management. The township (town, street) Armed Forces Department and the college recruitment workstation select the best young people who pass the preliminary examination to determine the candidates for pre-recruitment, and report them to the county (city, district) recruitment office. The county (city, district) recruitment office, together with the university, will issue the reviewed and stamped "Registration Form for Preliminary Recruitment of College Students" and "Application Form for Tuition Compensation" to me as a voucher for priority recruitment.

(5) Physical examination and political examination. The county (city, district) recruitment office confirms the subjects to be submitted for examination on the "National Military Recruitment Network" platform, and promptly notifies the subjects of examination time, location and other information. Physical examinations are generally organized in February and early to mid-August, and political assessments are organized simultaneously. Within three days after the completion of the physical examination and political assessment, the county (city, district) recruitment office will enter the relevant conclusions into the online platform, and young recruits can check the results of the physical examination and political examination on their own.

(6) Closed management. The county (city, district) recruitment office organizes and approves the centralized closed management of recruits for no less than 7 days. Prior to the concentration, a person-by-person contact history investigation of COVID-19 and COVID-19 nucleic acid and antibody testing are conducted; combined with the closed management, the recruits are scheduled to conduct pre-service education.
