What procedures and materials are needed for marriage registration?

The marriage registration procedure is mainly composed of application, examination and registration.

(1) application

The marriage registration office will examine the application of the parties to find out whether the documents and certificates meet the conditions for marriage. (3) Registration and licensing

What procedures and documents do you need for divorce?

The divorce registration process is as follows:

(1) application

If both parties voluntarily divorce, they shall sign a divorce agreement in accordance with the provisions, jointly apply to the relevant marriage registration authority, and provide the following documents and supporting materials:

After the marriage registration authority has verified that it is correct, it will issue a Confirmation Letter for Cancellation of Divorce Registration. Within 30 days after the expiration of the cooling-off period for divorce, if both husband and wife who request divorce fail to apply for divorce certificates at the marriage registration office, it shall be deemed that both parties are unwilling to divorce and withdraw their application for divorce registration.

(4) Review

Within 30 days after the expiration of the cooling-off period for divorce (if the last day of the period expires is a holiday, the first day after the holiday will be the date of expiration of the period), divorced couples should bring valid certificates and materials, such as photos, marriage certificates, identity cards or passports, divorce agreements, etc. Both parties, and in accordance with the provisions of the marriage registration office for divorce certificate.
