Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II Awards and Funding Standards

Chapter IV Application Conditions

Article 8 The basic conditions for applying for national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships and national grants:

Chapter V Selection Procedures

Twelfth student financial assistance center according to the national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship and national scholarship quota issued by the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center of the Ministry of Education, according to the undergraduate scale of each college (department). National scholarships and national inspirational scholarships adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and merit-based, and national grants adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.

Twenty-first colleges (departments) should accurately convey the national scholarship policy, so that students can fully understand the selection requirements and procedural norms of national scholarships.

Twenty-second colleges (departments) should closely combine selection with education, and strive to create a democratic, harmonious and positive selection atmosphere, so that students can truly feel the care of the party and the country and the warmth from society. However, in the assessment of students' family financial difficulties, students should not be allowed to complain in public and have difficulties with each other, and students' personal and family privacy should not be involved in publicizing the contents of student financial assistance.

Twenty-third colleges (departments) should carry out their work in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures, and it is strictly forbidden for anyone to violate the selection requirements, intercept, occupy, misappropriate or split the national scholarship for any reason. If a student reports or checks and finds any illegal operation, once verified, he/she will be disqualified from appraising students' work in relevant colleges (departments) this year, and the relevant counselors will be disqualified from appraising and promoting within two years, and the deputy secretary in charge of student work will make a written examination.

Chapter VII Issuance of Scholarships and Grants
