Leading cadres in party member should resolutely overcome the problems of inconsistency between words and deeds, inconsistency between knowledge and action, and inconsistency between appearance and appearance, earnestly study, profoundly understand, internalize in the depths of the soul, do what they can, always be alert, always check and correct, and fully implement. In trade union work, we should serve the grass-roots staff wholeheartedly, focus on the overall situation, start from the details, serve the front-line staff well, care for and care for the front-line staff, and pay attention to the development of excellent staff. The third is to strengthen discipline inspection and handle the relationship between self-discipline and heteronomy. Strong discipline inspection and supervision is an effective way to prevent corruption. While emphasizing self-restraint, we should pay more attention to external supervision. We must conscientiously implement the "Regulations on Inner-Party Supervision of China * * *", insist on making important briefings and reports, carry out criticism and self-criticism, and check and correct early; Consciously accept the supervision of the company's leaders, team departments and front-line employees, often hold symposiums, set up suggestion boxes and general manager's mailboxes, regularly carry out the reception work of the general manager's reception day, solicit opinions from all walks of life and front-line employees of the company, and find out the shortcomings to take a warning. Solve the problems in work in time, publish the results regularly, and accept the employee satisfaction survey. And timely and effective preventive treatment of similar problems, regular tracking and supervision of business, finance, network and other links that are prone to problems.

Second, comprehensively and thoroughly implement the guidelines to prevent falling into the pattern of illegal interests.

In the field of mobile business, some cadres and workers hold corresponding functional powers, and in these departments, problems that fall into illegal interest patterns are easy to occur and have occurred, some of which are prohibited by the Code of Integrity. Therefore, when implementing the code of good faith, all departments of the company should focus on preventing falling into the pattern of illegal interests and strengthen supervision over business, funds, network construction and various activities. First, strengthen the supervision of business activities and network engineering construction, accept the supervision of employees on the implementation and implementation of various businesses, conduct spot checks and return visits in the process to prevent fraud, jobbery, discipline inspection and trade unions regularly hold business and legal knowledge competitions, popularize and strengthen the legal awareness of employees and leaders, and resolutely implement the Five Prohibitions. The second is to strengthen fund supervision. Strictly enforce financial discipline, carefully review the legality of original documents according to the scope and standards of expenditure, and do not arbitrarily raise the standard and expand the scope of expenditure for expenses with universality and regularity; Strictly implement the "two lines of revenue and expenditure" and insist on earmarking.

Third, grasp the key orientation: the interests of the company are paramount.
