What does Nanhai Wenchang chicken mean?

Wenchang Chicken is a specialty of Wenchang City, Hainan Province, and a landmark product of chinese national geography.

12.? Put rice and water in the rice cooker, and then add a piece of chicken oil (as usual, just add another piece of chicken oil).

13.? Add 1 teaspoon salt, cover and press the cook button.

14.? When the cooking procedure is over, the delicious chicken oil rice is ready.
