Second, the double beam crane transformation scheme:

1, metal structure:

(1) The metal structure is intact, and the static stiffness of the main beam must meet the standard requirements.

2. Lifting mechanism:

(1) motor: the whole vehicle adopts special motor for metallurgical hoisting machinery, with insulation grade H and protection grade IP54. The main hoist motor (single motor) should be selected according to M7 working system. When the crane exceeds 20t (including 20t), an overspeed protection switch shall be installed at the shaft end of the motor.

(2) Reducer: The main hook reducer is selected with medium-hard tooth surface or above (including medium-hard tooth surface), and the assembly type is high-speed shaft with double output shafts. Two sets of independent brakes (double brakes) are installed at both ends of the reducer.

(3) The main hoisting drum is made of cast steel or steel plate.

4. Electrical appliances: safety protection

(1) The main hook is equipped with a weight limiter and a digital display on the screen to realize overload limit protection and alarm functions.

(2) The main lifting mechanism is equipped with heavy hammer and rotary lifting and lowering limiters (double limiters), and there are protective switches such as lifting limiters, truck and truck running limiters, overspeed protection and zero protection, and the switches of each mechanism should be sensitive, reliable and safe.

(3) The main hook adopts SCR stator voltage regulation and speed regulation, energy consumption braking and SCR power supply.
