A, electric single beam crane transformation scheme

According to the LD crane provided by your company and the spirit of the national (Quality Inspection Office No.2007375) document, our company now makes the following plans:

Manually dismantle the connecting cable of the crane, and rent the crane and truck crane to transport it to the construction site.

This project needs two mechanics, two riveters, an engineer, a person in charge, a security officer and two electricians.

Safety technical requirements: All personnel involved in this phase of the project shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the safety operation specifications of this type of work, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited.

Technical standards for the construction of this project:

The trolley motor adopts high-temperature resistant motor with insulation grade H and protection grade IP54.

The trolley sliding cable adopts high temperature resistant cable.

The motors of electric hoist trolley are IP54 and H-class motors.

Equipped with overload limiter, radiation shielding, double braking and double safety limit.

The steel wire rope adopts high temperature resistant steel core steel wire rope.

The hook wheel of the hook is made of cast steel.

The control adopts ground operation and remote control operation.

Completion acceptance:

After the crane transformation, the transformation department and the user should go through the completion acceptance procedures, fill in the acceptance report carefully, notify the tenderee to organize relevant departments to carry out the acceptance, and deliver it to use after it is qualified.

Second, the double beam crane transformation scheme:

1, metal structure:

(1) The metal structure is intact, and the static stiffness of the main beam must meet the standard requirements.

(2) The metal structure shall be welded (connected) reliably, and the cab shall meet the requirements of safety standards and be fixed reliably.

(3) The reconstructed hoisting machinery must pass the dynamic load and static load tests and meet the standard requirements.

(4) The lifting weight and dangerous parts shall be marked completely.

2. Lifting mechanism:

(1) motor: the whole vehicle adopts special motor for metallurgical hoisting machinery, with insulation grade H and protection grade IP54. The main hoist motor (single motor) should be selected according to M7 working system. When the crane exceeds 20t (including 20t), an overspeed protection switch shall be installed at the shaft end of the motor.

(2) Reducer: The main hook reducer is selected with medium-hard tooth surface or above (including medium-hard tooth surface), and the assembly type is high-speed shaft with double output shafts. Two sets of independent brakes (double brakes) are installed at both ends of the reducer.

(3) The main hoisting drum is made of cast steel or steel plate.

(4) Steel wire rope: High-quality metal-core high-temperature resistant steel wire rope is selected, with a safety factor of more than 6 times.

(5) Pulleys and hooks: All pulleys of the crane are cast steel or rolled with safety shields.

3. The size of the trolley operating mechanism shall be M6 or above. (including M6)

4. Electrical appliances: safety protection

(1) The main hook is equipped with a weight limiter and a digital display on the screen to realize overload limit protection and alarm functions.

(2) The main lifting mechanism is equipped with heavy hammer and rotary lifting and lowering limiters (double limiters), and there are protective switches such as lifting limiters, truck and truck running limiters, overspeed protection and zero protection, and the switches of each mechanism should be sensitive, reliable and safe.

(3) The main hook adopts SCR stator voltage regulation and speed regulation, energy consumption braking and SCR power supply. The control panel of the main hook is equipped with a positive and negative contactor, which has the safety functions of electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking to prevent the motor from being powered off while the brake is still energized, thus causing stall. One set of electrical equipment powered by the main hook motor is provided with a bypass safety device. If one set of electrical equipment fails, the other set of electrical equipment can work normally.
