Our hospital currently has 89 employees, including 88 professional and technical personnel and 1 service worker. According to the 1:3:6 structure of high, intermediate and junior professional and technical personnel, our hospital currently has 4 technical personnel with senior professional titles, 22 technical personnel with intermediate professional titles, and 62 technical personnel with junior professional titles, which meet the requirements of position setting. .

Employees applying for professional titles are getting younger and younger. However, the current gap between high and intermediate professional titles is becoming increasingly serious. This is not conducive to improving the professional quality and competitive awareness of the team, and will further hinder the work enthusiasm and ability of outstanding talents.
